Portrait of Tyler Theuer

TylerTheuer.

(Theuer pronounced Toy-er)

I build consumer financial products at the intersection of markets, distribution, and internet culture.

After six years building across onchain markets, sales, and real estate, I am building one connected system: StonkX creates supply, yolo.family organizes demand, and finance.works becomes the everyday financial layer.

01 / THE CASE

Founder-market fit built through repeated cycles of creation, distribution, and capital.

The strongest evidence is not one headline outcome. It is the repeated operating pattern beneath the outcomes: find an emerging market, understand how people coordinate, build the product, create distribution, and learn from the underlying economics.

My experience spans both sides of the market. I have helped create assets and liquidity, and I have spent years learning how users discover, evaluate, share, and trade them.

3× founderof projects that reached the global top 100 by token market cap
~$250MATH total value locked while serving on a core DeFi project team
~$900Mquoted ATH market cap for a token developed and launched on Base in 2024
$100M+organic trading volume across projects I helped develop
$400Kfees generated for a real estate firm from one sourced deal in two months

Crypto figures are peak quoted or onchain project metrics. They are not personal proceeds, company revenue, or current values. The relevant evidence is experience with distribution, liquidity, incentives, and market behavior at meaningful scale.

02 / THE SYSTEM

One financial network. Three entry points. A sequenced strategy.

These are not three unrelated startups competing for attention. They are three layers of one system. Each product solves a different part of the same market and makes the other two more useful.

01 · SUPPLYNext layer

stonkx.io

Create and launch.

A crypto-native asset creation and launch layer for sophisticated issuers, communities, and internet-native operators. StonkX creates differentiated supply that can flow directly into yolo.family discovery.

  • Gamified creation for internet-native assets
  • Launch, liquidity, and community tooling
  • Native distribution into the yolo network
02 · DEMANDCurrent wedge

yolo.family

Discover, trust, and trade.

The current wedge is a social trading product designed to let retail users discover assets and people, evaluate transparent track records, join groups, follow public AI agents, and execute without needing to think in DeFi terminology.

  • Social discovery, reputation, and copy trading
  • Public AI trader agents
  • Flow interface for abstracted AMM and liquidity participation
  • Non-custodial execution with a 0.10% trading fee
03 · FINANCIAL LAYERLater expansion

finance.works

Hold, manage, and use.

A future everyday financial interface for people who do not identify as crypto users. It is designed to connect saving, spending, investing, and ownership through regulated banking, custody, and infrastructure partners.

  • Mainstream financial experience
  • Partner-led regulated infrastructure
  • A bridge between daily money and the wider network

The competitive frame: pump.fun validated permissionless creation, while FOMO validated social trade discovery. The differentiation is the connected loop: shared identity, reputation, data, distribution, and execution across creation, trading, and eventually everyday finance.

THE COMPOUNDING LOOP

Creation gives discovery something differentiated to sell. Discovery gives creation distribution. Daily finance expands frequency and trust.

StonkX → yolo.familyNew supply enters with launch context, community, and market data.

yolo.family → StonkXAttention, reputation, and trader demand improve distribution for launches.

finance.works → networkA later compliant financial layer can expand the relationship beyond individual trades.

Shared identity and dataReputation, behavior, and portfolio context improve every layer without requiring three separate cold starts.

THE SEQUENCE

The architecture is broad. The execution order is narrow.

  1. NowProve yolo.family

Ship the focused social-trading wedge and measure activation, funded-account conversion, retention, repeat volume, referrals, and net fee revenue.

  2. NextIntegrate StonkX supply

Add native asset creation only after yolo.family has demand, distribution, and a clear risk framework.

  3. LaterExpand through finance.works

Enter everyday finance through compliant partner infrastructure after the network has earned trust and repeat usage.

03 / WHY TYLER

The founder fit is the combination, not one credential.

This company needs a founder who understands both market mechanics and social distribution, can sell before there is institutional credibility, and has enough operating range to move between product, users, partners, and capital.

Distribution

I know how to create the first market.

I have built outbound systems since college across cybersecurity, real estate, crypto, and my own companies. I know how to identify an audience, earn attention, create a pipeline, and turn early users into distribution.

Market behavior

I have lived inside the user behavior.

I have spent years in the communities this system is designed to serve. I understand how traders discover assets, establish trust, coordinate, follow people, form narratives, and move capital.

Financial judgment

I can connect the story to the economics.

My background spans finance and economics, real estate underwriting, deal sourcing, token design, smart contracts, and liquidity. I can move between consumer behavior, market structure, risk, and the financial model.

04 / OPERATING HISTORY

A compressed record of how the capabilities were built.

The details matter only where they explain the founder I am today: resourceful, commercially driven, fluent in onchain markets, and more disciplined about liquidity, focus, governance, and proof than I was at the beginning.

01

Resourcefulness, sales, and management

I spent my first seven years in Section 8 housing in Everett before my grandmother adopted me and moved me to Winchester. At UVM, I studied finance and economics, began cold calling for an early-stage founder as a freshman, then traded my mountain bike for a pickup truck and built a landscaping company. I managed six part-time employees and generated more than $100,000 across two summers.

Investor-relevant takeawayI learned to create opportunity without waiting for resources, then organize people and execution once customers depended on us.
02

From finance theory to onchain markets

I entered DeFi through MetaMask, memecoins, DAOs, smart contracts, token design, and liquidity pools. After college, I sold cybersecurity at DirectDefense during the day and built crypto applications at night. Projects achieved global scale, but the volatility taught me that market capitalization measures attention while durable value requires liquidity, repeat usage, risk controls, and real economics.

Investor-relevant takeawayI understand both the speed of internet-native financial distribution and the structural weaknesses that can make that scale temporary.
03

Institutional discipline and market scale

As the fourth person at Odessit Capital, I worked across sourcing, negotiation, underwriting, development analysis, project management, and financial modeling. I sourced a transaction that generated roughly $400,000 in fees within two months. Returning to crypto later, I worked with exchange-connected operators and high-net-worth market participants, helping develop a Base token that reached a quoted peak market cap of roughly $900 million in thin liquidity.

Investor-relevant takeawayI learned that incentives, ownership, compensation, and decision rights must be explicit, and that quoted scale matters only when it converts into durable economics.
04

A repeatable operating system

At Black Kite, I sharpened the modern B2B operating system: ICP research, messaging, sequencing, AI-assisted outbound, pipeline discipline, and the daily cadence required to create opportunities from nothing. When the role ended, I established a new operating base within 24 hours and made yolo.family my flagship finance focus, with T11 Ventures operating separately as my venture studio.

Investor-relevant takeawayMy best work combines founder-level ownership with a measurable operating cadence and the self-awareness to separate intensity from unfocused motion.

05 / WHAT MUST BE PROVEN

The immediate job is not to build everything. It is to prove the wedge.

The wider system becomes credible only if yolo.family first proves that social discovery converts into funded users, repeat trading, retention, and revenue. Architecture is not traction.

The current product is being refined with a network of roughly 60 prospective early users. They are a launch pool, not yet claimed as active-user traction.

Current financing objective$500K

Fund the focused yolo.family launch.

Capital is intended for technical execution, legal and compliance work, focused user acquisition, and the operating runway required to reach a measurable product milestone. Final terms belong in the financing documents.

Next milestone1,000

Active users, clearly defined.

Publish a consistent activity definition, then report activation, funded-account conversion, retention, repeat volume, and referrals against it.

THE INVESTMENT CASE

I have seen attention create enormous market value and watched weak structures erase it. The company I want to build captures what worked and earns every expansion through measurable proof.

I am looking for investors who understand consumer finance, market structure, compliance, and internet-native distribution, and who will challenge the sequencing as seriously as the vision.
